Achievements1993: Besides Railway supply since 1984, OEM supplier to TELCO achieved 99.8% acceptability rating in January 1999. 1995: First to develop Coaching Rubber Spring for Indian Railways. | Manufacturing Engineering The company has an integrated manufacturing facility with automatic internal mixer, high capacity mixing mill high precision machining center, computer controlled injection moulding presses and high capacity hydraulic presses with thermic fluid heating system for transfer and compression moulding and computer controlled injection moulding machine for TPU moulding and computer controlled machine for casting of polyurethane elastomers. Aryan also having full facility for designing and manufacturing own moulds for consistent quality and shorter development and manufacturing lead-time.
